FIELD SERVICE RATES

SERVICE TECHNICIAN RATES (U.S. Currency):

DAILY RATE..................................................$1,080.00 pr day

HOURLY RATE............................................$135.00 pr hour

TRAVEL TIME RATE.......................................$ 85.00 pr hour

OVERTIME TRAVEL TIME RATE..................$ 120.00 pr hour

OVERTIME & SATURDAY..............................$202.50 pr hour

SUNDAYS & HOLIDAYS..............................$270.00 pr hour

ACTUAL MILEAGE.............................................$0.95 pr mile

 

1. TRANSPORTATION ( includes local ) CHARGED FOR TIME AND MILEAGE.

2. A FORTY-FIVE DOLLAR PER DIEM WILL BE CHARGED WHEN A SERVICE TECHNICIAN STAYS OVERNIGHT.

3. LODGING WILL BE CHARGED AT ACTUAL RATE WHEN A SERVICE TECHNICIAN STAYS OVERNIGHT TO COMPLETE A JOB.

4. SERVICE TIME IS COMPRISED OF THE TIME SPENT IN CUSTOMER’S PLANT OR IN SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER AS REQUIRED (4 HOUR MINIMUM)

5. TRAVEL TIME TO AND FROM THE CUSTOMER’S PLANT WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TRAVEL DAILY RATE, EXCEPT SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND HOLIDAYS, WHICH WILL BE CHARGED AT OVERTIME RATES STATED ABOVE.

6. ALL SERVICE CHARGES ARE PORTAL TO PORTAL

7. WHEN A SERVICE TECHNICIAN IS REQUIRED TO REMAIN OVER SATURDAY, SUNDAY, OR A HOLIDAY TO COMPLETE A JOB BUT DOES NOT PERFORM SERVICE ON THOSE DAYS, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE BILLED FOR LIVING EXPENSES.

8. WHEN A TECHNICIAN SERVICES MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS ON A TRIP - TRAVEL, TRAVEL TIME AND LIVING EXPENSES WILL BE PRORATED.

9. TRAVEL COSTS, INCLUDING CAR RENTAL, ARE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER AND IS BASED ON THE MOST EXPEDITIOUS FORM OF TRAVEL.

10. SERVICE CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL SERVICE, OTHER THAN IN CANADA OR MEXICO, WILL BE DETERMINED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. WHEN FIELD TECHNICIANS ARE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THEIR WORK IN LOCATIONS THAT ARE JUDGED BY “RME” TO BE A HIGH RISK AREA, A HAZARD RATE WILL BE ESTABLISHED.
